Our Glitter Hat L Curl Rod is versatile and works for any short, medium, & long lashes wanting to achieve a dramatic lift! It works best styled in a cat eye direction or at a 90 degree angle.

We recommend using it for clients with protruded or bulbous eyes. This curl also works for clients with deep set eyes or hooded eyelids. Not recommended for low brow clients.
