RETURN POLICY
Hazel Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the mailing carrier. Please check with your local USPS office or FedEx office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Hazel Beauty on lost or stolen packages. Hazel Beauty must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of packages. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must submit photos of damaged products to be considered for a return/refund. Hazel Beauty will not cover any missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect/insufficient address information provided by purchaser.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All sales are final and any and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Hazel Beauty.
